If you’ve ever scrolled through Instagram and seen those dreamy photos of someone riding a horse at sunrise, with a sky full of hot air balloons in the background, that’s exactly what I offer. And yes, it’s just as magical as it looks.
As your photographer, I’m here to give you more than just a pretty picture. I’ll guide you through the full experience, from styling and posing to working with the horse, so you can feel confident, calm, and fully present while we create some truly cinematic images together.
Let me show you what it’s really like to ride with balloons in Cappadocia, and why this photoshoot is one of the most unforgettable things you can do here.
this isn’t just horseriding, it’s a full cinematic experience
This session is about you, the horse, and the sky, all coming together at the perfect moment. The goal isn’t just to sit on a horse, it’s to feel like you're part of the landscape, part of the story, while I capture your energy in the softest, dreamiest light of the day.
The hot air balloons only rise for a short time at sunrise, so everything is timed perfectly. The colors in the sky shift from deep blue to golden pink, the balloons begin to rise behind the mountains, and that’s when the magic begins.
Whether you're riding slowly, standing with the horse, or just taking it all in from a scenic viewpoint, I’ll be capturing every moment with intention and creativity.
what to expect during your ride with balloons shoot
Here’s how it works when you book this shoot with me:
We start early, usually before sunrise,to get you styled, comfortable, and in position before the balloons lift off.
I’ll bring you to one of my favorite hidden spots that gives us a clear view of the valley and the sky.
The horse will be calm and well-trained, handled by experienced locals. You don’t need riding experience, I’ve got you.
As the balloons fill the sky, I’ll guide you through poses, movement, and candid moments to create natural, emotional, and cinematic images.
And don’t worry, I’ll coach you the entire time. You don’t have to know how to pose or ride like a pro. Just be yourself, and I’ll take care of the rest.
how to prepare for your shoot
1. choose the right outfitFlowy dresses work beautifully, especially in earthy tones, white, soft pinks, or deep colors that pop against the landscape. Avoid anything too stiff or dark that blends into the background.
2. embrace the morningYes, it’s early. But trust me, the soft light, the quiet air, and that first moment when the balloons rise make it all worth it. This is Cappadocia at its most peaceful and surreal.
3. relax into the momentI know it can feel overwhelming at first, the horse, the camera, the wind, but take a breath and settle in. You’re not expected to perform. Just exist in the space, and let me guide the rest.
